This page describes the services currently used on dentalcareabroad.co.uk. Optional services stay off until you accept their category in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time using Manage cookies in the footer.
Essential storage
WordPress, our security and caching systems and Complianz use essential storage to operate the site, protect forms and remember your cookie choice. Complianz consent cookies normally remain for up to one year so the site does not ask you on every visit. Essential storage cannot be switched off through the banner because the site needs it to function.
Analytics
If you accept Analytics, Google Analytics uses _ga and _ga_E6KWWRBZ5C to count visitors and sessions. Google controls the exact expiry within its service settings. We also load PostHog’s EU service in memory-only mode. PostHog sets no persistent browser identifier and receives only broad page groups and five allowlisted events: page view, call-to-action click, form start, successful enquiry and form error.
PostHog autocapture, session replay, heatmaps, surveys, IP capture, exact URLs, query strings and form values are disabled. Neither analytics service receives your enquiry fields, treatment selection, photos, email address or phone number.
Marketing measurement
If you accept Marketing, the Google tag can measure a completed website enquiry for Google Ads. Meta Pixel can measure a page view for campaign reporting and may use Meta cookies such as _fbp or fr. Microsoft UET measures page visits and a server-verified successful enquiry. Its Clarity integration provides heatmaps and session playback; every form is explicitly masked before Clarity loads. Ad personalisation stays disabled and we do not build health-condition audiences.
Google Ads, Meta and Microsoft receive no treatment choice, dental condition, message, uploaded photo, email address or phone number from our form. Google enhanced conversions, automatic user-provided data collection, Meta automatic matching and Meta automatic events are disabled.
WhatsApp and email
Our WhatsApp buttons are ordinary links. They make no request to WhatsApp or Meta before you click. If you click, WhatsApp opens under its own privacy policy and you decide whether to send the visible prefilled message.
The enquiry confirmation email is transactional. We do not currently operate a newsletter or marketing subscription list.
Reject or change your choice
Rejecting the banner blocks Google Analytics, PostHog, Google Ads measurement, Meta Pixel, Microsoft UET and Clarity. Essential storage remains. Use Manage cookies in the footer to change your choice later. You can also delete stored cookies in your browser.
